Das Hotel mit Restaurant liegt im Herzen der mittelalterlichen Stadt Mirepoix. Durch aufwändige Restaurierungsarbeiten wurde das Hotel im alten Glanz wiederhergestellt. Dabei wurden zahlreiche Original-Details beibehalten, darunter die wunderschönen Terrakotta-Bodenfliesen, die französische Holzdecken, die Kamine aus Naturstein, die Marmorausstattung und die Nussholztüren aus der Zeit Ludwigs des XIV - um nur einige wenige zu nennen!
Im Restaurant Le Ciel d'Or wird traditionelle Küche mit internationalen Einflüssen serviert. Alle Gerichte werden mit den besten frischen und regionalen Zutaten zubereitet, die unser Chefkoch persönlich auswählt. In Mirapoix können Sie die Galerien aus dem 14. Jh. und die Kathedrale St. Maurice bewundern. In the perfect peace and quiet of the countryside, you'll have an enjoyable stay whether relaxing by Balestié lake or taking advantage of the many outdoor activities available nearby. From the auberge you'll admire the magnificent view of the Pyrenees and of the lake and horses in the meadow opposite.
