It counts with 70 studios in 5 floors, furnished with basic but comfortable fittings and all of them fully equipped with air conditioning (July till September), colour Satellite TV, kitchenette, cooker/oven, iron (ironing board on request), safety deposit box (by rental) and complete bathroom.
Most studios are exterior and have balcony overlooking the main pedestrian street enjoying also lateral sea view. Some of t6hem are interior, looking over a patio.
