Hotel Bandolero is a small rural hotel and restaurant located at the entrance of a tiny, charming Pueblo Blanco (White Village) surrounded by stunning mountain scenery.
The village of Júzcar is one of seven "Pueblos Blancos" of the Alto Genal, an area that has only recently come to the notice of tourists, located in the Serrania de Ronda in Málaga province.
For this reason it remains unspoiled, traditional and therefore of great interest to the discerning tourist who is looking for an authentic experience away from the crowded coasts.
The area is excellent for bird watching, walking/hiking, and other outdoor activities.
The hotel consists of eight double rooms including two suites. Six of the rooms have fireplaces or wood burning stoves and terraces with stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
All rooms have been decorated in a rustic style and have en-suite bathrooms; the rooms include televisions and heating.
Diners at Hotel Bandolero enjoy the ambiance of La Bodega del Bandolero, the rustic dining room, serving lunch and dinner daily, or alternatively, can enjoy their meals or tapas in El Bar de El Tempranillo or on the Terrace.
All meals are prepared by Chef Iván Sastre Pascual who trained in both pastry and savoury cuisine at the Cordon Bleu, London and has worked at some of London's finest restaurants including Terence Conran's Almeida restaurant. - Mehr...
